Since the first Art of Hosting training 2016 in Vietnam, the passionate practitioners have been tried to apply the hosting practices to daily life wherever needed. In the complex modern world where we live, we see lots of rapid changes, a big gap between generations, and various issues. Every element is connected to each other, and we have many kinds of relationships in our life. Conversations are the key to co-create a different future that we desire. The new generation of emerging leaders is eager to learn and practice skills of transformation. Hope, needs, passions and supports have come together here.
The 3rd Art of Hosting and Harvesting Conversations that Matter training in Vietnam was called, and together we explored the question:
"How can we practice conversations that invite transformation in our most meaningful relationships and open new possibilities?"
A group of more than 50 people with various backgrounds responded to the call, and we gathered at a beautiful venue in Bai Dinh (Ninh Binh), from 15th to 18th of November 2018. This is the harvest from our rich learning journey together, which hopefully gives the participants good energy and materials to keep practicing.
