Have you ever experienced a learning environment where you felt supported and engaged to realize your full potential? Creating such environments is essential to reach outcomes that are innovative, exciting and fulfilling for all, whether it’s in companies, schools, governments, NGOs, or any kind of communities. But how do we achieve that?

You are invited to explore this question at the first Art of Hosting Conversations that Matter in Vietnam, a 3-day training designed for learning a set of simple yet powerful tools, methods and practices. Those can support you in building communities, activating the potential of individuals and groups, and fostering a type of leadership that invites collaboration, innovation and creativity.

​The first training in Vietnam will be held by an international team of experienced facilitators who will come especially for this occasion. The 3 days will happen in a retreat setting at a resort close to Hanoi, where participants will live together and stay close to nature.

​​​What we will learn & practice together

Over the course of the 3-day training, we will learn and practice the Art of Hosting through:
  • Diving deep into questions that will help us explore how we can create supportive and engaging learning environments;
  • Experiencing how to design, host (facilitate) and harvest meaningful conversations with the support of experienced practitioners;
  • Developing knowledge and practice in a range of participatory methodologies that can include World Café, Open Space Technology, Collective Story Harvesting, Circle Practice, Graphic Facilitation, Pro-Action Café, and others.;
  • Exploring frameworks and process design tools such as Chaordic Path, 8 Breaths of Design, Appreciative Inquiry, and Chaordic Stepping Stones;
  • Building a community of practice for the continuous development of your new skills.

During the 3 days together we will explore different ways of participation and collaboration that are aimed for leaders, teachers, students, consultants and others professionals working with or interested in the topics of learning and organizational development. ​​If you have experienced...

This training is residential and the base fee includes all material, food & accommodation for the duration of the training, as well as the transportation from and to Hanoi.
