Flow of Day 4

Summary of Day 4
Our last day together started with another morning of personal practice and breakfast. Our last check-in was a singing one, where three concentric circles co-created a beautiful song without any preparation or organization. The meta harvest team of the day did another great job by reminding the rest of the group what happened the day before, focusing on the principles of the Open Space Technology.
Afterwards, we divided ourselves in 5 groups to go on a Knowledge Expedition to learn about different topics: Holding Space, Powerful Questions, Chaordic Stepping Stones, Designing from Harvest, and the Iceberg model. We then experienced an action-oriented methodology called Pro Action Café, that uses elements from the World Café and the Open Space Technology to help bring projects and ideas forward. Nine participants asked for help from the community to develop their projects and ideas. After three rounds of vibrant conversations and with the room filled with energy, we closed this process with an expression of gratitude in one word, going then for lunch. Our last afternoon started with a 30 minutes of silence, where the participants were invited to walk in silence in the room to look at all the harvest, which was exposed as in an art gallery. This process was followed by an individual time for journaling, where the participants wrote and drew to reflect on our time together and all the learnings that emerged. Our training finished with an emotional circle check-out, where all of us shared what we carried with us from the training, followed by a metaphor to remind us that we have this circle at our backs when stepping out into the world to do our work again. |
